Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders to the US — no minimum order required.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, Shutter Pro ships exclusively within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address. Once the order is in transit, we're unable to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes! To exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from your account page under Order History.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been fulfilled yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Are your products brand new and genuine?
Absolutely. Shutter Pro is an authorized dealer — every product we sell is 100% brand new, genuine, and comes with the full manufacturer's warranty.
Do your cameras come with a warranty?
Yes. All cameras and accessories come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand — Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Fujifilm typically offer 1-year limited warranties.
Do you price match?
We strive to offer the most competitive prices in the US. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized retailer, contact us and we'll do our best to match it.
